ND Dairy Golden Ale
This extra pale ale has a light, golden color, yet a distinctive bold taste from the Willamette and Cascade hops. The alcohol content Is 5.7%.

Berry Whatchamacallit Wheat
This is our Whatchamacallit Wheat with a kiss of berry. An unfiltered wheat ale Is brewed in the tradition of an American Wheat beer. A touch of sweet raspberry flavor comes from a brewing berry extract.

Rod's Rodeo Red
This unique red ale is brewed with a combination of pale and crystal malts. Our Head Brewer, former pro bull rider, Rod Kucera, dedicates this beer to the men and women who rodeo across the nation. 4.7% alcohol by volume.

White Pelican Porter
This style of beer was invented in England by train porters around the turn of the century. The porters would meet at the pub after work and mix an Irish stout with a pale ale to create a slightly more, mild dark ale. This porter is 4.2% alcohol by volume.

Espresso Brown Ale
This brown ale has a very distinctive coffee flavor, but doesn't include any coffee in the recipe. The roast coffee flavor Is derived from French Kiln Coffee Malt. The alcohol content Is 4.5%.

Otto Mulligan's Irish Stout
Named for our brewers good ole' Irish grandfather, this stout is brewed in the style of Guinness. This stout's recipe uses black patent and chocolate malt. It also features Six Row Brew barley. This unique barley is produced on our family farm by neighbor, Lyndon Kerns. The alcohol content is 4.8%.

Emmett & Anna's Pivo (Czech Pilsner)
This beer is brewed in honor of Emmett & Anna Lahoda, the first couple married in the Czech settlement of Malin, located southeast of Klamath Falls, Oregon. A golden-hued, bottom fermented beer, this brew is generously laden with Czech Sazz hops. The alcohol content is 4.4%.

Applegate Trail Pale Ale
Highly recommended by the master brewer (and his wife, and his brother-in-law, and this Webmaster, etc…). A highly hopped Northwest style Pale Ale, this beer has a bold flavor profile that is characteristic of many popular micro-brews. The alcohol content is 4.6%.

Merrill Marzen
Introduced at our first Octoberfest celebration, this German style lager uses a unique five-malt combination. It is finished with Sazz hops. The result is a beer that is slightly darker and bolder than our second Octoberfest offering, Vienna lager. The alcohol content is 4.5%.

Spring Lake Amber Lager
This amber lager has a three-malt combination and is lightly hopped. The result is a mellow, malty brew with a smooth finish. The alcohol content is 4.4%.

Winterized Vienna Style Lager
This is our year 2000 update of our popular Vienna style lager. The recipe consists of the same three-malt combination, but in larger quantities. The additional malt content increases the alcohol content. Original Vienna drinkers will notice the added kick in this 7.0% version.

Linkville Lager (our Webmaster's favorite!)
Linkville Lager is a premium American lager, named for the original pioneer town of Linkville that is now Klamath Falls. With a smooth, crisp finish, this golden beer is a great one to try if you're sampling micro-brews for the first time. The alcohol content is 3.8%.

Blackberry Bitter
This beer is a light bodied, Northwest style pale ale, subtly flavored with a blackberry brewing extract. Alcohol content is 4.5%.

Blast Off Barley Wine
Introduced New Year's Eve 1999 as our salute to the year 2000. Barley wine is a style of beer referred to as wine because of the high alcohol content (in this case 10.5%). Our barley wine is a nicely balanced beer made with three kinds of malts and bittered with Cascade hops.

Nut Brown Ale
Southern Oregon breweries choose this style as a collaboration brew for the Harvest Fair, October, 2000, each choosing their own special touch to the "nutty" flavor. The complex nut flavor in our Nut Brown Ale comes from a special roasted English malt and Golden hops. The alcohol content is 4.5%.

IPA
Brewed especially for the "hop-heads" of the world, this old style India Pale Ale has over 4 pounds of hops per barrel of beer. Developed in England, this style of beer was shipped to troops in India in the 1800's. The intense hopping helped preserve the beer for the long journey. The alcohol content is 6.7%.

Henley HayFeweizen
This is an American style wheat beer. Some beer drinkers enjoy adding a slice of lemon to this brew for extra flavor. Alcohol content is 4.1%.

Irrigator Dopplebock
A double strength German Style Lager, Dopplebock is made with subtly flavored Hallertau hops. It is a sweet dark lager that has complex chocolate and caramel flavors. The alcohol content is 8.0%.

Flash Flood E.S.B.
Our Extra Special Bitter is full of rich, complex flavors and is nicely balanced with a generous amount of Kent Golding hops. The Flash Flood name was our brewer's inspiration--it was August, a huge thunderstorm blew through town, caused areas of localized flash flooding, but our brewer didn't wait it out... oh no, there were thirsty patrons anticipating the introduction of a new brew that day! Then, as his trusty old Ford pickup plowed through the torrent of water running across the road, the as of yet unnamed keg in the back of his pickup would from then on be "Flash Flood E.S.B." The alcohol content is 4.8%.

All American Amber Ale
Brewed seasonally for the summer to celebrate American Beer Month in July. This Amber Ale has a hint of caramel flavor. It is made hopped with Willamette and Nugget hops to give it a wonderful unique flavor. The alcohol content is 5.2%.

Plus, in addition to our current beers, our brewmeister will be adding new brews throughout the year, tapping into the flavors as varied as beer drinkers themselves.
