Tap into our great micro- brewery and brew pub! Taste our famous beer in our lovely family style brew pub - restaurant setting with 13 beers on tap. We use the finest grains. Our malts, grains, yeast, and hops make the perfect brew and are kegged fresh always!

We are also a full- service Oregon State Lottery outlet with Megabucks and Lotto games of all kinds.

 


"CONDITIONING"

The wort is now "beer", and is pumped to a conditioning tank, cooled to anywhere from 33 degrees to 35 degrees, and aged from one week to 3 months, depending on the beer variety.

This cold conditioning clarifies the beer and refines its character.
